• Experienced entrepreneur and business leader Marshall King appointed CEO, as Founder steps down
• Dan Gandesha, Founder and outgoing CEO, will remain on the board and involved with the business
• Change of leadership designed to position Property Partner for its next phase of growth following a strong 2017

Property Partner today announces that Marshall King will take over as the new CEO of the company. Mr King joins from SEO platform DeepCrawl and brings significant experience of growing venture capital backed companies in the financial services, property, and technology sectors.

Dan Gandesha, founder, has decided to step down as CEO but will remain in the company and as a member of the board. Dan is relocating to Ireland with his family at the end of the month.

The appointment of Mr King follows an extensive search led by a working group comprising of Mr Gandesha and Property Partner board members.

The change of leadership is designed to position Property Partner for its next phase of growth, and follows an impressive performance over 2017, with revenue growth of over 100% on 2016 and assets under management growth of over 75%.

Earlier this year Property Partner offered investors access to commercial property for the first time, and this followed the successful launch of purpose-built student accommodation onto the platform in the second half of last year.
